Our Classes
Aerial Silks
Learn to perform aerial acrobatics while hanging from a fabric! Aerial silks will strengthen your core, help you develop body awareness and most importantly will be a lot of fun! Classes are designed for beginning to advanced students. We will focus on climbs, splits, inverts, foot locks, ankle hangs and aerial safety.
Trapeze
This class will focus on learning the fundamental positions on the bar, while building stamina, strengthen our hand grip and our core. Come hang with us!
Corde Lisse
A single vertical apparatus. We will focus on climbing techniques, wraps and tempo specific to the rope. This class also focuses on conditioning and flexibility.
Acrobatics
Learn the basics of the floor world! The focus of this class starts with cartwheels to handstands and emphasizing functional flexibility to improve dynamic movements.
Meet Francia
Francia is the founder of Bricolage Cirkus. Before dedicating herself to circus arts, she was a marathon runner and triathlete. After Spending two years training at the San Francisco Circus Center she moved to Eugene,Oregon, where she founded the first aerial program at Bounce Gymnastics and Circus Art Center.
Leading the program for six years gave Francia a platform to develop a strong Adult and Youth Circus program that her community was able to participate and enjoy. She continues her circus education with various teachers around the world gathering skills to strengthen her craft. Francia has had the pleasure to collaborate with various artist in developing contemporary circus work, now she lives in Viroqua, WI, a small magical town where the circus has arrive!
